Depends on the number of blogs and type of customisations needed. For a simple blog, it will take only few hours per blog to completely make it ready to blog!

More than making money, I am trying my way to help Wordpress newbies. I have done lots of free work for my friends or helping people out on forums or even helped developers of plugins with suggestions and bug reports.
