Design seems awesome. Some issues , I would suggest removing Calendar and Meta Widgets. They don't add any value to any site. Moreover, template owner seems to have added his own links from his sponsors. Also remove SPonsor links from footer. They can have negative effect with your search engine rankings.

Yea, if you know how to remove those I definitely would and take some of the suggestions made above.

Removing from the Meta is easy....just remove the complete meta code from sidebar.php. Regarding the footer links, just open the website in browser, view the site's source, copy the html code of the footer and paste it back into footer.php replacing the encrypted code and do include <?php wp_footer(); ?> into it.

Looks very nice and fine.

Check your anchor text of the links top-right, they float above the links and are not visible. Also, the last link is pushing the site leftwards. May be adding some padding-top to the outer wrapper and adding some margin-right to the top-right links might help you.

The template is very nice and also the adsense is well suited in the template. Good going!

I love the design, looks amazing but there is a few changes need to be made like the nav and the sidebars. They dont look right in that theme.
