I came to know this payment processor when i join for GET and EMF forum. During that time, these forum mainly paying by Perfect money for their contest. But since both of the forum now did not get sponsorship from PM anymore, my account balance in Pefect Money haven't been used for some time. I just use my PM in hyip and investment site now.

Currently they are running a promotion of "no transaction fees in 2009" to attract more members to join. Do you have experience with it?

I mainly uses perfect money in hyip investment site, almost all hyips site only support either liberty reserve or Perfect money. I don't find any special with this payment processor.

Perfect Money just updated some news that for their promotion of "no transaction fees of 2009" is currently modified by charging 0.5% - 1% per transaction. I think they must be realized that without transaction fees for whole year, their business is badly affected that why they changes the policy again.

How safe is it? I only use paypal. I know that this is tested and secured. How can you compare perfect money with paypal? Thanks!

Well, Perfect money couldn't compare with paypal now, as they don't have much merchant site supporting their payment system. Perfect money is only strong in those hyip, investment and some ebusiness site. They also don't have a dispute filing system that protect our funds if we doing online purchase. I think they still have long way to go, but potential is there with their security system.

I have always been using paypal. I have never tried another payment system yet because I'm satisfied with the service. Paypal is accepted in lots of stores and it's very convenient to use. I have proven it safe so I don't really mind paying $1 for transaction fee

Paypal is always the best among others. But for some other country, paypal is not widely accepted yet. So, there is a need for other payment processor to support those country. Furthermore paypal don't allow any site that involves in FOREX, investment and gaming site, while Perfect Money here allow this.
