hi there, I currently having a verified personal paypal account, but i plan to have another paypal account with the purpose of receiving money and exchange money online. As i know, paypal do not allow members to exchange their money to other payment processor, once they suspected, they will limit our account. If i only have 1 paypal account and being limited by such transaction, all my fund there will be gone with them.

Is it ok?

Yes Paypal allows two accounts per user - One personal account and other a business/premier account. Since you already have a personal account, get a business or premier account as your second one or upgrade your first one and get a second personal account. Paypal TOS Allows this.

But paypal premier and paypal business account will charges transaction fees whenever i receives fund. I think if i just registered 2nd account with my brother or siste name, i guess it should be ok if without verify. well, i know paypal TOS won't allow this. :-)

Each family member in a family can have his/her two accounts but accounts of different members should differ in email address/credit card and bank account details. Though you can login from same PC and don't do something fishy and everything will be smooth and fine.

Login the 2 account in same pc or doing money transfer from this 2 accounts is consider as fishy tansaction to paypal. They may limits our account this way.

Do you think each of the login, logout and trasaction being logged to paypal database, and there are paypal staff is going through each of the members transaction details? I think there are too many account currently opened with paypal, if they really do this way, i wonder how many staff needed to check all transaction daily.

What if you only have one bank account? You need to place a bank account on there remember..

You can also verified paypal account by using credit card, not necessary to have bank account. Well, my purpose to have a 2nd account is without verify, so, should not be an issue her.

Paypal does not need to scan manually each account. They have put a lot of automatic security checks, spam triggers and lots of security measures which inform them automatically of spurious transactions. No company has resources to go through such details manually.

Well, i guess so, if they don't have such simple program to detects and scan through the database, how can they operates worldwide. I guess i am asking some stupid question here.
