Yes you can have 2 accounts with paypal, but you should also verify the account so you can use your credit or debit card.. If you only have 1 bank account you can open a debit account with a bank that is also accredited with paypal. It's cheap, you can transfer your fund on that account, and you can use it for account verification.

As far as I know, Debit card cannot be used for verification with Paypal. Or is not? Clear this please.

Yes, debit card is accepted to verify paypal account. The only things is not all country paypal account accepts debit card, and the debit card must have visa on it.

I used my debit card because there is only one bank in our country that accepts Paypal transactions. The account and card that was provided is a debit card.

Also, I do not want to use a credit card since I am sick of those credit card collection callers that harasses you whenever you skipped 1 day from your due date of payment :>(.
