I think this site doens't having much traffic, and only suitable for ads related to property. My website doesn't seem suitable to promote here.

You should turn to Google Analytics to assess the traffic that is reaching your website. Traffic measurement is very important as it helps you determine the cost you can charge for advertising on your site and it also tells whether your website is reaching to potential customers/visitors or not.
