.cn isn't a very popular extension, however if you target Chinese market, it may be a success.

Currently, they won't go for much although they are some interesting names. I wonder if you develop it, then it might go for much!

Yup, .cn isn't very popular in the webmaster world. The only way you can get some bucks from it is to develop them into some good sites.

i personally believe that all other cctld domains other than .us, .co.uk, .co.in, .in, .cc, .bz, .vg, .ms are getting very less resell value online because there are hardly any buyers other than those dummies who never manage to get a .com or .net for their online site and others who are proud citizens of their country, only such people prefer buying cctds and nowadays as trends show that maximum of the .cn buyers look for IDN names only and not much of english names. so, to target the chinese market, you must do some research into chinese keywords and grab IDN .cn domains for better resell value.

Your domains could go maximum of upto 450 dollars for the 1st one and 299 dollars for the second one. but keep your prices fair else nowadays the world-economy is into trouble and there are hardly people willing to buy even good domains at low and reasonable prices.
