Re: Best Prebuilt CMS? I've worked with like every CMS there is (seriously) and I gotta say, I like wordpress. There are plenty of things about the interface that irritate me, but it's easy for anybody to take advantage of some advanced features with just a couple of tutorials.
As far as joomla goes, the learning curve is steep, but it's fairly powerful. The same can be said of Drupal, but Drupal's back-end interface has some weird tagnames.
