Default Re: Silverlight vs Flash

Flash is still popular and is widely adopted. Since Silverlight is new, it will take a while to pick up in its popularity. More sites will start adopting Silverlight in my opinion. This doesn't mean Flash will be any less popular. More organisations running windows and using Microsoft technologies will adopt Silverlight since they are already using .NET platform.

Default Re: Silverlight vs Flash

Now i think it is still too early for silverlight, although silverlight have lot of potential to compete with flash. Currently almost 85% and above people is using flash and deploying teir contents. Knowing that it will will be easy to reach worldwide with the flash, buyer will hardly design in silverlight as they worry about their site won't accesible by others.
